We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Was exceptionally clean. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. Restaurant bar staff were very helpful and always willing to take drinks and food to your wherever you wanted. The pool was very clean and great for kids. Reception staff were always on hand to help with any issues or information needed about the local area. Location is convenient, short walk from large supermarket Marjane and retail park. Short walk from Royal Palace. Short and scenic walk to the beach with lots of really good coffee shops, souks and restaurants along the route

I am very obsessed about this service here! The girl from the reception Chadia is very unfriendly when you have a problem she is screaming she is not open to search a solution and she is not ready to apologize! We paid for 3 people and we got just a place to sleep for 2 people. The third person got only a sofa which was not made for sleeping. It was without a pillow and a blanket. We needed to ask for this 100 times until we got a pillow and blanket. We waited 8 hours!! We asked about the Manger or the boss she didn't wanted to call him, because she was not ready to talk normal and not ready to listen to our worries. The hotel is very nice but with a customer service like this it's not nice anymore. And specially for this price. It's unbelievable. I am very sad about this experience

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. A beautiful and clean hotel with helpful and kind staff no matter who you speak to (restaurant, cleaners, reception staff). Staff are always willing to help. Great swimming pools for kids and adults, with beautiful surroundings. Room service staff were at our room within minutes whenever we called for assistance. Highly recommended for families. Thanks to all the staff for providing a pleasant stay.

This hotel is great. Has great rooms and a lovely pool. The restaurant was great too. But probably the best thing was the womanly receptionist, that helped us in every way, even a couple of hours after check out. It’s 10-15 min from the beach in walking distance and you have a great view all the way. I can recommend this hotel to anyone that what’s to relax and have a great time. We booked a nice day trip though our hotel, but One thing I wasn’t fond of, is that they tried to take advantage of us like in any other place and wanted 700 dirhams for a “guided” day trip to paradise valley, I just figured it was to much and said that I saw it on the internet for 400 dirhams for two persons. Than she asked again on the phone and said they could get us there for 500 dirhams including “lunch” and a “guide” there was no lunch nor drinks, the guide could barely a few words of English he just took us the same route everyone else was going. The driver did try to stop at a place where they sell some stuff and than again a place where we could take pictures. But the 500 was worth it even though other did get the same tour for 450 dirhams. And it was not a full day more a half day. It was fine as there were not much to do, I would just have appreciated the honesty.

Big place with a ok gym and nice pool. Looks amazing from the outside but the rooms aren't that great. Plus there are alot of cockroaches outside as the hotel is very open.

The hotel itself is modern and comfortable. The pool area is sunny and private. But the hotel is far from the Marina and the beach promenade, making taxis compulsory for most trips. And at the moment, the vicinity of the hotel itself is one huge building site.
We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was terrible. This area will probably be very lively when its finished in about 5 years.
My advice is to spend a bit more on a hotel with a more central location, and avoid the taxi hassle and stress 4 times a day

New, clean and we'll appointed hotel. Great breakfast. WiFi works. Nice pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Sea view. Beach front with good restaurants etc 10 mins walk away

Stayed here for a few days with my friend. The hotel is a bit out of the way from the tourist area, however only a 10min walk from the beach. Taxis are cheap to get around with Marjane only a 5 minute drive away. Reception staff were lovely and helped us book activities (massage, camel riding) etc. Restaurant food is standard, nothing special. Room was upgraded and cleaned every day. Nice pool and outside area. Would come here again.
