Repair shops that are ARVAL partner have no clue and no formation whatsover on how to handle very basic operations (changing a temperature probe)
One month waiting for an extermely basic spare part that is critical to the car. Still waiting.
Absolutly poor customer service. The agent clearly doesn't give a damn and you, customer, are left in disarray.

All in all, you'd be better off NOT dealing with this company
