This place is a waste of time and money and hope for the residents of this city the center has been in construction for more than 6 years now . It's a pure waste of space . I don't ever think it will be a success one day !!!!!! Would have rather see some other companies take over to finish it soon and make of it something the city needs

As of today 1-25-2017. This shopping center is still under construction, it has never been opened before. It is way way way behind. It was suppose to open back in 2012. It is like 5 years late.
