  ALF SAHEL is the most professional, efficient and well managed animal feedstuff organisation we have seen in Morocco– and beyond! You enter through immaculately kept parking surrounded by pruned and healthy trees and flowers. The administration building is imposing, with a clear glass facade allowing natural light to enter it. The offices inside are all partitioned with glass, with everybody absorbed in their work. This transparency feeling continues throughout, as well as the company colours. Although huge - it is still impeccably clean. Visited the factory, and, although the production of feedstuff is in itself a very dusty building, it is clear that the plant is periodically cleaned - which is very unusual in this sector. Even their trucks are clean and well kept.
  
  However, the true test is the staff - it is very rare that you visit an organisation where everybody - from the gardener, gate security, receptionists, technicians right up to the management - everybody spoke highly of their company and were proud to be working there! A truly exemplary, well run organisation!
