A shame: given the price of the service. I called on AGS 15 years ago for an international move: Paris - Morocco (Rabat). Nickel. Everything had gone well. No breakage. This year, I made the return trip: Rabat to Paris. AGS was much more expensive than the 2 other quotes I had done but I played it safe by taking AGS since I had a good impression. And frankly what a disappointment. Lots of breakage, on this point, I am waiting for the return of the insurance but in my opinion I will cry when I see the amount of the proposal compared to the actual loss to replace. But the worst is theft. In fact, some packages were not listed and therefore when checking in on arrival in France, I did not notice. But after a few days, as I settle in, I realize that I am missing a large part of the solid beech planks from my shelves. Then, it's the holidays, I want to start painting again and there I realize that a wooden wine box, which was not filled with wine as the thief could hope but all my tubes of paint in. the oil, is not there. It wasn't wine, but it was worth buying everything now. So I frankly advise against AGS. However, the sales representative was very nice. Yes, in the end, it's my business that isn't there.
28/09: we are making progress. AGS contacted me to organize the delivery of 2 packages found. A priori it is the boards of my shelves. So I look forward to this Wednesday to check the content. So it's good news in itself if I get some of my missing items back. For the breakage, I am in discussion with them because the offer made by the insurance company is ridiculous once the deductible has been deducted. I will keep you up to date with the progress. But AGS seems mobilized to process my file.
