The staff for the emergency room is poor. Lots of the nurses on staff during the day and night in the main hospital and emergency room have little to no english. Lots of the doctors on staff during the day and night in the emergency room speak English but is rude and try to not communicate with you to help assist you. This hospital is only good for the laboratory and I suggest all emergency needs to go into tripoli.
