Great service and decent room standards. We stayed at the 5th floor, facing the railway so it was a bit noicy at night. We had to sleep with the window open, because it was so hot at the room, and the air conditioning was turned off for the winter season. The spa was a little smaller than expected, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights. It's near bus station and old town. The room is cozy, and there is a door in the room which can connect to next room, but usually is locked. We asked staff to open it, that I can go to my friends room easily without go out. The breakfast here is great too, it even provide champagne. The plan I book is not including spa, but still can pay to use "Oasis" spa. The steam room has herbal small, I like it very much. The usually check out time is 12:00 pm, however it's free to apply late check out before 13:00. It's a good policy for customers.

Very nice hotel, perfectly situated just in the outskirts of the old town. 2-5 min walk to everything you need. Breakfast is nice, with a glass og sparkling for everyone to get your day started. The spa is also very good, maybe a bit crowded at peak hours. The worst part about this hotel and spa: there is no bar service in the spa. I would recommend the 8th floor.

Excellent location, just beginning of the old town, friendly staff, rooms are not very big, but quite comfortable,bed linen sometimes is not very clean and looks old. Breakfast is fine, with quite good selection of dishes and drinks. Guests can order lunch and dinner in lobby bar/ hotel restaurant. There is also special sets during lunch time called "business lunch". For such sets the choice of dishes is limited, but the price is modest, service is fast and a quality is quite good. You can combine salad and main course or soup and main course (two or three types of main course for your choice) desert can be also added for small fee.

My and my partners journey started with arriving at wrong hotel (Wellton Riga) when we actually booked Wellton Centrum. (Our friends stayed in Wellton Riga). Karina was extremely welcoming and helpful, and has arranged our transfer to hotel Wellton Riga so we can stay in the same hotel as our friends. The hotel itself is very nice and clean throughout. With a breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, very modern with nice and clean rooms. The hotel also has a beautiful spa and an amazing breakfast buffet!
The only reason why I gave only four stars is because the parking place is too small, but there are other parking places close to the hotel.
All of the receptionist at the main desk and at the spa are very kind and professional!

I was not expecting this good quality due to rather low prices.

We booked a room for three people, however, they forgot to give us the extra bed. After telling the reception of this problem, they fixed the problem right away. The room is cozy and the location is awesome!

I was travelling by train and the hotel is less than 5 minute walk away under the road. The reception staff were very welcoming, room great, kettle , sockets where needed, lovely bathroom. The selection of food was amazing even bubbly!!!. Treatments on offer at very good prices. Perfect location for town. A fine variety o f sweets on reception. Hard to fault really.

Close to public transportation and the farmers market. You're located right in the heart of old town, everything is within walking distance.
The rooms are quaint, and the amenities are plentiful. The Jacuzzi, spa and whirlpool tubs are a plus, especially after a rainy day or a stroll around town.
The room's are nice, everything is clean. Fresh linens and towels daily. The pillows are a bit hard, otherwise wonderful.
Breakfast is a full buffet served till 11am, and the food is quite delicious.response / report this review -

Comfortable and in a very good position, close to Riga center and to the train station too. Good variety of food at breakfast and a pleasant tapas restaurant for dinner. The Spa with 2 jacuzzi and sauna is perfect to have a relaxing rest.

Perfect location, very close to central station, opera and all old town attractions. Friendly staff.
What I did not like are pillows. They are very hard, my neck was in pain in the middle of the night and I could hardly continue sleeping. I also did not like extremely crowded breakfast room. We could not find a table for four to sit with our small kids. Breakfast has a good selection of foods, but only one type of cheese.
The water in the bath tab of room 104 did not go down until reception provided a master. Also the warm floor in that bathroom is not working. Our second room 103 had perfect bathroom, all worked.
The restaurant for dinner is just perfect, excellent tapas.
I do recommend this hotel as a perfect option for not expensive stay.response / report this review
