This place is horrible, I spent more than 3 hours to get the service. I was waiting 2,5 hours to get my call at window 14, after long, meaningless conversation the lady from window 14 lead me to room 41 where I spent another 40 min of waiting. After short conversation it turned out I have to go back where I was. When I asked if she is offering me to stay in the line another 2 hours, her response was - I don't care(???). I would never think that EU country has a such low service level, especially in organization like this.

Ļoti slikta apkalpošana, pret klientu izgāž visas savas negācijas. Very bad service. Client have suffer from their bad mood.

I have never been that humiliated in my life.. the only reason I didn't fill in report about that employee was that I was too afraid. I have no faith in that institution. Though service was quite fast and building is beautiful

Šausmīgi! Nekas nemainās. Esam parasti cilvēki, kas cenšas uzsākt uzņēmējdarbību- prasot VID darbiekam , kas ir gada pārskats un kas tam ir nepieciešams- darbinieks mani " izber" veselu rindu ar svešvārdiem, kad prasu ko -kas nozīmē- tas man atbild- ko Jūs smejaties jaunais cilvēk- ir jāmācās, bet pats neko cilvēciski paskaidrot nevar. Gavo bija, gavno ir un tas arī paliks.

Nothing beats getting your taxes back. If you come here before the tax return season starts there are barely any queues, you can still submit everything and the staff are friendly and actually help you get the most of that hard earned back.

Now if you come here when the tax return season has started then expect massive queues, extreme crowds and little air to breathe. But that's what their online option is for.
