Such a miserable experience. It doesn’t hurt to smile and be polite. The girls in translating office was the most miserable people we have ever encountered. Sad that it is during process of getting our marriage paperwork sorted. Such a happy time for us. Was embarrassed to show this kind of service level to my British partner. Will rather get our documents and wedding ceremony translated through any other agency.
