Close to our hotel - rixwell. It's not cheap like whole riga but eat was not bad, but I think place is typical pub to drink beer and watch some sports events. If u wanna eat choose different place. Solyanka tasty. Staff was excellent:)

Good atmosphere, decent choice of beer for reasonable prices, but the service needs major improvement, waitress forgot to bring us everything we ordered, it was quite slow as well

The only good thing is beer. The service is incredibly slow. There is one waitress (and she is also doubling as a bartender) servicing over 10+ tables alone. This place needs to hire more wait staff. Also the food is not very good. Pasta Carbonara had barely any sauce on it, so pasta was mostly dry. The pork carbonade was not very good either, potatoes were ok. The fact that it has outdoor seating is great, but the service and food needs major improvement!

Perfect spot for watching sports, Friday beer or just everyday lunch. Wide variety of beers and other drinks, excellent kitchen (try chickens strips!) and friendly staff.

Local neighbourhood watering hole. Good choice of drinks (beer and spirits) very reasonable prices (try finding beer for 1.60€ in any other place.!). Food could be better, but unlike me, most of the people seem to like it.
Technically this is also a sports bar, so plenty of TV's and they show almost all possible sports events. Great atmosphere!
If you are into beer and bars liked by regulars- this place is for you. If you expect fancy cocktails and waiters with white gloves- go someplace else.response / report this review -

Very good selection of beers and food is also very good. It gets crowded here and inside there is limited room. During summer there is room outside also
