  The main asset of the place is the great terrace overlooking Riga's rooftops on the 7th floor of a Mall. The food is fine, (your average asian restaurant anywhere in the world), very tender chicken The staff is quite shy, not relaxed enough.

  Well the view is decent if you go there, but the service, menu and the atmosphere are definitely not worth the money you would spend.

  This place offers a great view over the roofs of Riga, even if the restaurant and bar is closed!

  Worse service ever. We had to wait for 30 minutes for our drinks, and tehn waited other 20 minutes to get the bill. I will never go back

  View is amazing. Drinks are so so, as is the staff. If you like a drink with a view I would suggest you go to the slightly more pricey Radisson Skyline Bar close by. The three stars comes solely for the view.

  Location is excellent and it's worth to visit for the view alone. However, food is disgusting and I'd offer to avoid it.
  Btw, waterpipe is really good, but it's 40 eur.
