Every tennis training requires a huge amount of motivation, which I have. I am flexible to change environment. The ability to find an approach each person who is ready to workout and aim the target.  Me, as a coach, must quickly adapt to the environment and find the "key" to each person individually.  I think in such a difficult activity, coach must be ambitious, set high goals and try to achieve them.  One of my great qualities is to find top quality of a person that helps him to achieve his goals. Throughout the entire sports life, the coach goes through good and bad life events, but only thanks to perseverance does not change his direction, does not change his views and ideas.
