У них имеется своя веломастерская. Приносил к ним колесо на ремонт, сделали очень некрасиво, попросил вернуть все в прежнее состояние. Вроде солидная фирма, но работу по ремонту сделали очень плохо. Обратился в другой сервис.

Pārdevēji vienmēr izcili nelaipni. To esmu novērojis daudzu gadu garumā. Veikals atrodas netālu no mājām, tāpēc, ja ko vajag no velosipēdiem, šī ir pirmā vieta, kur ierasties. Taču neko prātīgu šeit neesmu nopircis. Izvēle it kā ir liela, bet pārdevēju attieksme tik slikta, ka pāriet vēlme ko pirkt.

The staff was incredibly incompetent, didn't know what word suspension means, or dropper post. And it wasnt the language issue, I speak the local language. Furthermore, the shop didn't have a suspension pump to lend, although the have several selling. And this hasn't been the first time, it seems that all management cares about is selling expensive gear to amatures. A disgrace to bicycle community.

Большой вело магазин. Продавцы, правда отвечают формально — ответы надо вытягивать, просто и доступно не объясняют.

Quite the selection of bikes and accessories, but inflated prices (although you can haggle) and unprofessional sales staff (your results may vary) leave a bad impression.
