Decent quality, though I have had better in worse countries (at a cost). Price is not far from what I'd expect to pay in most US markets but that put it a little above the local non-touristy places. Quiet and while the service wasn't bad it was just awkwardly reserved.

Competent Fusion Japanese food. Sushi and tempuras were ok. Could be better but it always can be. The chirashi looks good but had so little rice I was disappointed terribly. It must be this silly western notion of carbs being bad. Not cheap by Latvian standards. A bit of fusion which tastes very good but then implies lacks authenticity. Beyond the simple fish and rice and some dishes, I get worried about which rolls to avoid because I don't want to pay for someone's mistakes by experimenting cheese in sushi or baked maki.
