A big company that does not understand the value of serious sales contacts with its smaller customers. Can not tell me about their quality on the houses. Their communication and ways of managing customers are not good and create great uncertainty in entering into business.

Intended to purchase 2 houses through this company and have access to land in Uppsala and in Sälen as well as several friends in the construction industry who showed interest in the pilot project to buy Lithuanian houses.

Was discovered by Kaspars Chief of Sales and Construction Department that I was a small customer and that my drawing was unreasonable for a calculation.

The drawing is approved by the Swedish building committee and is of good quality so I have received quotes from other companies.

Garranties and law internationally do not work in very many cases and a prerequisite is a good selling contact!
