We ordered a vegetable wok and a ham and mushroom omlette. Probably my mistake to order the only wok on menu, but it was awful. Not fried but cooked in water. But how hard can it be to add all three main ingredients of an omlette? It was missing mushrooms.

The best place to taste the Mencini dish, smoked cod fish with potatoes. It pairs well with Prosecco.

Great service and nice atmosphere. We had some local food and a good beer. The waiting staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was very well executed and not pretentious. Great use of ingredients.

Place is nice, the total atmosphere is good. The stuff is quite good in conversation, but are too slow and don't see anything around. Dishes was really bad. Their special meal, cod with potatoes was oversalted and blend. My wife ordered cod it was terrible. Fish was blend and frozen. Green peas pure was in menu but wasn't in dish.

Thoroughly enjoyed our both meals we had here. Lunch was so good the first day, we went back again:-) Yes, the service was a bit slow based on American standards but the wait was worth it and the prices were excellent.

Not first time in this place, but now, a situation is critical. The staff on free time play with a mobil phones The food are REALLY poor. Tryed chicken soup - It is made from synthetic bouillon cube; Herring with hot potato was a catastrophe. The products and dishes - a dud. Prices according to the price level of Liepaja - too high. The result - a restaurant at lunchtime absolutely empty. I think to ask why, do not. NOT RECOMMEND!

Nice waiting staff, but very sloooow service. The kitchen is the bottleneck. You should expect to wait 1.5 to 2 hours for your food to be prepared. Quality is ok, nothing special and overpriced. The place has a great potential, but needs serious improvement.

Food quality - ok. Some things were really tasty, some - mediocre. Prices - up to 10 eur per main. Try Liepajas Mencini - local dish, which is specific but quite nice. Waiting time - worst part. It took us more than 2 hrs for lunch.
