  I had good expirience renting a car from Prime. I got new VW Golf 7 for 3 days. Pesronnel was polite and professional. Price was fair. Great value for money. I will definately use their service again.

  Best experience We ever had renting a car. Great rates, perfect condition of the car, helpful staff. We rented a Volkswagen Passat and traveled to Estonia and Lithuania. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend this company.

  Very decent company, I have been renting with them every year for the past 4 years, always professional attitude from managers, new cars, discount for loyal customers. Never had any problems with them. Will recommend them to others. Keep up good work.

  Had rented a medium size car with these guys in the middle of July. I must admit, even though they are a local brand/company, they seem to be very professional on the international level. The car was almost brand new from the factory ( had only 750 km on it), price was decent, as well as terms of the agreement. Did not like washing the car though, after the rental, most companies have that included into the price, but ok, i only paid 10 euros for that. Returned the car without any damages, deposit was returned in full. So according to my experience i will definitely rent with them again next year. Thank you for wonderful service!

  We hired a car from Prime. It was delivered to us in Riga and the car was collected in Dubrovnik 5 weeks later. We travelled in excess of 5000km and had no problems at all. I can highly recommend Prime, the level of service and communication was excellent!! The car was in an excellent condition and was ideal for our needs.

  I'm renting cars in this company from time to time and should say that guys provide excellent service. A tidy car was waiting for me at definite time and definite place exact time I needed it. All the cases were mentioned in advance and I haven't had any unexpected expenditures.

  I was lured to rent a car from Prime Car Rental via an online free classified website. The initial deposit for the car was advertised at a much lessor rate than what I ended up having to pay, this being one of the reasons why I went with them. Numerous different things I did not realize until I hired the car which I normally do not have when dealing with the other car hire places are the mileage restrictions, returning the car back washed etc
  
  Upon collecting the car in a dark car park at approx 11:25pm at night I had to inspect the car with the little light available. The car looked fine and as I had a few hundred km to drive I wanted to start my journey and signed for it.
  
  After leaving the car back the company got in contact to say I damaged the car, the lower front bumper was cracked as well as the black inner grills. To this day still do not understand where this damage came from. Admittedly I never got down on my hands and knee`s to check the cars front bumper in the dark car park to ensure this damage was not there when collecting it. The company agreed via email that it would be almost impossible to see this damage in the dark car park and then are happy to charge me 290 euros for repairs.
  
  I have raised a dispute with my bank.

  Hello all,
  
  Prime Car Rent is a company I can recommend! The prices are very low and they come directly to the airport in Riga with the car. The car was in good conditions (Nissan Note). Very low fuel consumtions. (5,6 l/100km)
  Returning the car 2h before the sheduled date did also work. They came to us within 10 minutes and the check out was fast.
  
  There is only one thing I have to mention:
  You have to pay 40 € if you go to an other Country. You also have to wash your car at your own (otherwise 10 €). We booked the car with an other company (CarDelMar) and they did not inform us about this. So Prime Car Rent was not responsible for this topic for my understanding.
  
  Even if you add those extra costs to the final prices, they are still cheaper than all the other companies!

  Be sure to read the small print. They lure you with low prices and find reasons to add extra costs to the final bill.
