  We had pork chops, sandwiches and grilled sausages with fries. All good! Special recommendation: Dabiga Limonade.

  Out of three cafes we ate at in Kuldiga, Pīlādzītis is the worst one because of:
  - Unacceptable service level of a lady-cafe owner - we, three couples in their 50's, were treated as unwelcome relatives. We have also observed other customers being treated the same;
  - Food is not good at all - we were left wondering if anything is being prepared art cafe or all food is precooked somewhere else;
  - Small portions for big $$ - what a rip off;
  - You have to take flatware by yourself ALTHOUGH food is being brought to you by waitress??!!
  
  Although coffee is very good, cafe is superb location (at the entrance to the Kuldiga city and near Venta river waterfall), operating in a nice building, has outside terrace, convenient parking lot and no competition nearby it does allow cafe owner to treat its customers like unwanted.
  We wonder how does this cafe doing business with such a person at the cashier (which is the face of establishment) but from our own meandering experience we guess that they don't count on returning customer. What a shame
