Bijām pie daktera Ruks. Ļoti vēsa attieksme, it sevišķi ja pacientam nav redzamas veselības problēmas vai arī ir tās minimālas. Jo tāds klients ir finansiāli neizdevīgs.

Ārsti profesionāli un zinoši, bet reģistratūras darbiniecēm būtu jāpiestrādā pie komunikācijas prasmes, pacienti tur neiegriežās katru dienu, lai pārzinātu klīniku un visus tās ārstus

I would avoid to go to this clinic because of unprofessional personal in reception.
I had 3 appointnents there and out of 3 two were canceled by mistake of receptionists. First time it happened when I specially flew to Latvia for this appointment and comming to clinic I found out that my appointment were canceled for unknown reason.
Other time I spoke to receptionist and agreed about my mother to come to this clunic. After two months of waiting she came and found out that she has no appointmant that dayand no any other days(!!!). She could not come other offered days, so she just had to turn and go away.
I'm really pissed of to this unprofessional reception!!!

UPDATEmade new appointment two months before I will fly to Latvia. Two days before my appointment found out that my appointment was canceled. AGAIN!!! So pity doctor that helped me works in this clinic. Would never ever come here again.

Пятница в 17.30 телефон на автоответчике.
Говорит что клиника работает до 20.00 а в 17.30 предлагает звонить в рабочее время.
Как понять?

Kā jau visur, klients ir tikai naudas maks. Diemžēl dakteris Valdis Andersons ar klientu izrīkojas kā pašam tīk. Lūk , ŗīt tev ir pieraksts , bet reģistratūra paziņo , ka viņa nebūs un viss tavs plānotais ir kaķim zem astes, lai arī paredzētais brauciens pie "superspeciālista" turpat 200 km.
Maza elementāra blokādes 125.00 EUR!!! apm.kopā par 10 minūtēm. Pasakaini. Ja pēc summas , tad bija jābūt veselam jau atverot durvis, taču nekā 3 reizes un rezultātu nekādu.

The best medical clinic in Latvia, period. Excellent staff. I don't think anyone could have done a better job. Highly recommend.

Отправляясь в Орто заранее берите побольше денег, если с деньгами туго, туда не стоит идти, потому-что все манипуляции врача отдельные функции, и попав на приём за 30 евро, через 5 минут легко превращаются в 70 евро.
Впрочем, там работают профессионалы, которые выставляют счёт и выписку, в которой перечислено то, что вы ему говорили, и не каких рекомендаций. как дальше жить, и как лечиться. С чем приходишь, с тем и уходишь.
Ну что можно вылечить за 2-3 минуты ну максимум 5 минут, которые Вам выделяют, потом провожают любезно к двери???
Не теряйте время, и не верьте в чудеса, Вертебролог в местной поликлинике намного лучше примет Вас и за меньшие деньги, а качество будет больше.

Была на консультации у - Gulbis Artis. Он говорит исключительно и принципиально только на латышкском языке,когда я дала понять что мне удобнее и понятнее на русском.Даже не попросил снять свитер и посмотреть спину.5 минут - 10 слов от врача, 50 EUR. Вышла в недоумении - а что вообще это было?!Как этот человек может называться врачом и ставить диагнозы?Наверно часы Rolex на его руке главное достоинство этого "специалиста". Удачи.
