Pretty popular place for tourists, but does not have that country spirit. They made it too commercial.

Внимание людям с фотоаппаратом!!! На стенде при входе написаны правила фотографирования - 50 EUR в час при фотографировании со штативом, специальным освещением и наличием моделей. Т.е. речь идет о профессиональной съемке. Я приехала с обычным фотоаппаратом (даже без штатива). С меня потребовали оплаты в 50 EUR/час. Такое ощущение, что хозяева не читают собственные правила. При этом ссылаются на то, что в Провансе тоже берут деньги.

Stopped during a bike ride from Cesis to Salacgriva for coffee and a chat. A lovely, family run lavender farm on the outskirts of Salacgriva. Coffee and quick, walk of the farm grounds are 2 euros each. They also host a lavender festival in late July where they feature work of Latvian artists in their gallery.

Interesting spot that I did not expect to find. There is nice spot of land with Lavanda growing. Ask for owners what kind of events could organize here as it is beautiful spot to do so. Owners will tell you about growing and producing Lavanda produkts.

Pirms apmeklēt šo vietu, bija sajūta, ka noteikti jārezervē gids. Labāk uztversiet vietu un vairāk uzzināsiet par lavandām. Saruna ar Ingu bija lieliska! Paldies! un Lillā līdz nākamajam gadam! Šogad sezona bija 3 nedēļas
