Шикарный вид на Даугаву и старый город. Сама библиотека впечатляет масштабами, много залов по научным направлениям, интернет, компьютеры для общего пользования. Вайфай с паролем в каждом зале свой.

Nav brīnums, ka Rīga nekad nebūs gatava, ja darba temps ir tāds. Iecere radās jau Padomju gados, būvniecība, protams, sākās krietni vēlāk. Bet vismaz labi, ka tā.
