Great Panasonic views of Riga City, Daugava River. Definitely worth a visit.
The building of Latvian Academy provides great view to the city of Riga including historical centrum. The building itself is representative example of socialistic clasicism. The entry fee is 5 EUR. Cash only.
Great views of the city from the Stalinist building. The price to go up was only 4 euros which is definitely worth it
Prekrasnoe zdanie epoxi prowlix let.
Fantastic wiew over Riga and an historical building 😊
Huge architecture. Stallin Birthday Cake
Better view, longer working hours and cheaper then St. Peter's church observation deck.
Very impressive view over Riga. A must see. Worth the stop. There is an elevator taking you to the 15th floor. Then it's stairs for the last few floors. Bring a jacket on a windy day
Great place to come and view the sunset. It's open until 10pm so even in the summer months you will get some good shots. It's a little run down but okay for the €5 entrance. You can stay as long as you want.
Impressive, quiet, not overcrowded. Perfect spot for sunsets – open till 10 PM.
This is the peaceful places I have ever seen..
Interrsting piece of Stalinist architecture, like the building in Warsaw. Worth the 5€ to go up to the observation deck.
Cool place and well worth the 5 euro ticket to see Riga from 17 stories up. And whatever you do, do NOT miss the café/lunchplace down on the ground floor. It is as if time has stood still since the Soviet days. Do not miss this.
A bit overpriced for what it is. Still offers a nice view of the city and surroundings.
Entrance price (5€/person) is more than acceptable. The 360° view is fantastic. There are no fences or glasses which obstruct your camera :-)
Beware: its very windy on the 17th floor and you are on a terrace. We were there during a rainy day *g*
