They ask for 70€ "deposit" payment which is locked in for 6 months if you are a new client with "bad credit rating". When asked why they don't have this info on the website, they replied they don't and not bothered. I am shocked this is even legal and that they don't even mention this on their website. Besides, this deposit does not work as a prepayment, but they simply lock in this payment for 6 months. What the hell? First time I hear anything like this! Also, previously I had bad experience with them, when they add all pa packages to you automatically and if YOU don't cancel them, they will just start charging you. Now apparently they send SMS reminder, but back in the day, this was a very nasty surprise when I received the bill and realized that there is no way I could have rented movies for the bill to reach 40+ euros. Upon investigating I realized they are charging me for these packages still and refused to provide any solution, even though I wasn't informed that I have to cancel this "gesture of goodwill of 3 months full of tv awesomeness" myself. Anyway, do not recommend. Even though the tv and internet itself is fine, but the customer service and they dodgy doings are a total shame. Will not use them ever again. They don't deserve my money!

Attieksme pret klientiem slikta. Dzīvoju Rīgas centrā, bet Lattelecom optiku tur nenodrošina un neplāno nodrošināt. Optiskais pieslēgums 100 Mbit/s maksā tikai 17.50 EUR mēnesī. Tāpēc vēlējos, lai kā kompensāciju dod atlaidi no DSL interneta 60Mbit/sek pieslēguma, kurš maksā neadekvāti dārgi 29.50 EUR mēnesī. Nedod. Līdz ar to būs jāpāriet uz Baltcom, jo Baltcom uz mani adresi nodrošina DSL 50 Mbit/s tikai par 13 EUR mēnesī. Un tā ir standarta cena bez atlaidēm. Par 18 EUR mēnesī no Baltcom pēc standarta cenas var dabūt internetu 50Mbit/s+ interaktīvo TV. Domāju, ka Baltcom iedos arī kādu atlaidi vēl no šīs summas. Vai par 10 Mbit/s lielāks interneta ātrums var maksāt par 227% vairāk? Tad lūk - var gan. To nodrošina Lattelecom. Laikam, kad klienti masveidā sāks pāriet uz Baltcom, tad varbūt Lattelecom arī savu cenu politiku mainīs. Bet vai tie paši klienti vēlēsies atgriezties? Kādu ilgāku laiku atpakaļ Viasat ar savu digitālās TV cenu politiku iebrauca ''dziļi auzās'', bet kad zaudēja ļoti daudz klientu, tai skaitā arī mani, tad atjēdzās un mēģināja bijušos klientus atgriezt atpakaļ. Domāju, ka varbūt šo informāciju vajadzētu izlikt Facebook un citos sociālajos tīklos, lai citi apdalītie klienti arī saprot, ka Lattelecom Rīgas centra klientiem optisko internetu neplāno nodrošināt, bet uz DSL interneta rēķina grib no klientiem iekasēt neadekvāti lielu maksu.
