Amazing views. Observation tower in the middle of swamps.

Nice place to visit and learn about origin and evolution of swamps, peats and their final stage visible here - raised bog full of elongated, acid ponds. This is really amazing example of subboreal bog that is characteristic for the region.

Really beautifully colored swamps, totally worth a day if you're visiting Riga for a few days! Feels a bit surreal and walking the walkways feels thrilling because you feel you're on a swamp.
