This tower is remains of the cathedral what was destroyed during WWII. Church is reconstructed and it's one of the symbols of Jelgava. On the top of that church there are sightseeing place and a very good restaurant called Le tour de Marie. Good attraction.
Nice museum with valuable information, presented by a qualified guide and modern technologies.
A very-must-see place in Jelgava!
Staff is very welcoming. Exhibition halls are very nice and overall very informative.
One can even receive a diploma if answer the quiz questions:) also have a try of traditional garments.
Thanks!!!
Nice place to visit and know history.great reataurant and tasty deserts
Nice view on the observation deck of the tower on the 9th floor. Only $1 euro per person to take elevator up. We took the stairs down to visit the gallery and had lunch on the 8th floor. Beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere. The frog legs, snails & mussels were all yummy.
Nicely rebuilt remains of old church, partially destroyed during WWII. Scenic panorama of Jelgava from the top.
Cozy place and good view on the Jelgava city. You can taste frogs legs and snails. Enjoy your meal
Definitely worth seeing. If you come to Jelgava, this is the place that every visitor has to see. Nice view from the soghtseeing platform, very interesting and inreractive history museum.

Good view over the city, museum is useless to my mind, so better stick with just the view from tower
First place to visit, if you come to Jelgava. There is tourism information center and you can visit some historical exhibitions. Also from top floor is visible most of Jelgava.
I eat to the restaurant La Tour De Marie at the 8th floor of this renovated church.
Good food choice and tasty for this French restaurant.
Nice view on Jelgava city from the restaurant windows.
