A new one district not so far from city center. Great location, good quality of buildings, cafe. The construction of new houses and business centres are in progress.

Labi satīrīti pagalmi, vienmēr saulīte uzspīt. Laba vieta bērniem, ir droši. Vari labi paskriet ar savu labāko saimnieku (suni). Visi ir sasveicinās, kad iet garām. Dzīvokļi ziemā ir ļoti siltu kaut vai tev apkure aizgriezta. Dzīvokļi ir ļoti kvalitatīvi! Man patīk JAUNĀ TEIKA!!! 😀
