  They have extra good service and good restaurant. Food looks nice and tastes really good. 2nd floor rooms can be a bit chilly in winter, especially toilet floors can be cold but nothing which you can't handle.
  
  Very extra nice staff! I've been here on work trip for 5 weeks and the staff have very important role making my life easier and make my stay comfortable.

  I can only rate the restaurant, as i didn't stay here at the hotel.
  The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic! I had the fried chicken in a mango-chilli sauce, roasted potatoes and some salad. The chicken was delicious, the sauce incredible and the salad simply great. The potatoes are as you know it covered with a salty/spicy powder of spices. It's a lot of food for 8 Eur and it was delicious. Thank you!

  Not unfriendly, but a bit indifferent service. The location is great, looking out onto the street, in a quiet area. The single room I had, with a great view over the front door, was nice, but a bit overpriced for what it was. I don't know about the rooms in the newer section, behind the restaurant.
  There was a bad odor in the room, though I couldn't find the source.
  My biggest complaint was the service in the restaurant. I ordered dinner (the place wasn't full), thinking that it would come within half an hour, and I'd have time to make it to a concert in town. After that time, I just cancelled.

  Pretty bar/restaurant with a rear patio and indoor fireplace. Only one beer on tap, but the friendly and English-fluent waiter made that forgettable. Large portions of good, creamy food. Reasonably large vegetarian menu. By Western standards, inexpensive prices.
