  For full experience take an excursion, where you can see the telescope, and old science gadgets up close, walk the underground tunnel. One person 4 euro, minimum charge 10 euro. Must make an appointment. Not possible to enter the main telescope, only the two decommissioned.

  Radiotelescope during Cold War was widely used for spying on Western countries, but today it belongs to Ventspils University College. Before reaching the object in the woods, visitors must go through Soviet military town Zvaigznīte.
