My first ever negative review.
I only ever rate places 5 stars, if I don't like a place I just don't rate it because my perception may be unfair.
However this hotel is definitely sui generis in terms of alleged policies toward accord fidelity card members in an otherwise extraordinarily beautiful city.

I shall never return to this place - plenty otherwise nice Hotels in town, which to me also seem of superior quality, and in particular, with friendly attitude toward guests.

It is really 4 star with nice breakfast cannot ask more at the price paid. This is recently uop-date to make one of upmarket hotel in Riga. In the centre 2 min to central station and big shopping centre. We got 2 hours respite for check out having our late evening flight home complimentary. Thoroughly recommend.

Room and stay was OK. Food was good. There is no good place in lobby to have a meeting or to sit with people. Busines meeting room are with the minimal requirments, but do not include nothing complementary. Not even a glass of water
No wilingness for flexability in late checkout.

We were there one weekend and i don't know about quality Its not worth it
Parking place was full even we did pay for our place, they even didn't said sorry. Frond desk workers are rude and they aren't friendly. Have a look photos.
A four star hotel has even problems with breakfast. Where staff are unable to provide a hot breakfast Eggs cold, dry bread and chees and what about pancakse i dont want to talk Staff who sweep food to the floor ON THE TABLE TO FLOOR!!! Abnormal!
Spa is small and you need too pay to much.. get a new place.

My only complaint after the one night is the bathroom. The toilet area is flooded like the Baltic Sea and there is no drainage for the water. Wet feet into carpeted floor is not good.
Lost my electric shaver.

Gym open 24×7, two treadmills. Sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi available in spa centre. Very pleasant hotel reception. Improved breakfast choices, easy to order fried eggs or custo made omelette.

Clean spacious and comfortable rooms. Close to the centre and the train/bus station. Not in the very old town, but 5 minutes walking distance.

Good hotel in the city. Sorry to say that it have seen better days, in need of an renovation. Probably the hardest beds I slept in this year. Not so clean in the shower, might be because it not so new.

Room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and hotel was in a central location, and the wifi was good! Two option - your own personal wifi for the room, and a hotel wifi used in communal areas. Gym was 24 hour access and although small and basic, good. Never tried the restaurant however the attached empire casino was good too!

Incredible stay and staff. Very good rooms with huge bathrooms. Very silence and non smoking hotel. Very close to city center. Great breakfast. You also have a casino at the top in the near building if you want to play or have a drink. Everything perfect.
