  I wanted to test ride a new model - they had a demo bike so it should have been easy, but it wasn't 😒 The first time I asked, they said the bike wasn't available (it was, I checked a while later). They took my contact details but didn't manage to contact me. I visited again eight days later and was not allowed to ride the bike then either. I phoned a couple of days later and was told I couldn't ride the bike because rain was forecast! They agree to let me ride it in the end! I only got an apology when I asked for one 😒 and the salesman blamed someone else, but didn't say who 😒 Not friendly. This shop needs to learn about customer service! Bye-bye Honda 🙁 Hello KTM 😊
