  I received a text before the time of departure from Kaunas saying that the bus was about an hour late. Fair enough. Nearly two hours after the original planned time of departure I rang the Ecolines information line to ask what was happening. They told me that it was no longer coming to Kaunas at all and I should have got on another Ecolines bus which had already left! There was no suggestion of this in the text message and nobody at Kaunas station knew anything about it. Ecolines staff suggested I was to blame for not being a mind reader.

  Never use the service provided by this company. The bus arrived later than expected and I've missed a bus I had to switch to. I was offered to take another one departuring 4 hours later! I had to buy tickets from another carrier and they refused to cover the expences. Also, the staff is unfriendly most of the time. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

  4 star buses that go to moscow form vilnius and back are 1 star buses, no a/c, no service, small uncomfortable sits, no one clean the wc in all 17 hour trip, no toilet paper, tv's are not working, Latvian drivers are disrespectful, humiliating the passengers and don't take care about your baggage not talking about their danger driving, taking over other car on close corners, talking on phone while driving, speeding.
  If you can try to avoid this agency!!!

  One of the most awful journeys ever. The bus was late for at least 7 hours and people had to spend their time on the streets of Warsaw at night (even children). We did not get any refund and the staff on board was rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
