The worst experience I have had with insurance company. My broker always purchased insurance from this company, and it was often, so I was regular client. But the moment when I unfortunately had to claim it, attitude was just terrible - my claim was ignored, I had to call myself many times after date written on my claim to actually get an answer from them (very professional). And answer in the end? Basically - Sorry, but It is your fault that you were robbed.
