  We went there for drinks and snacks. The onion rings were amazing and the woman working there was very friendly and helped out where she could. As sich we got a great introduction into the world of riga black balsams and their varieties. Thank you for the great evening!

  Very good food!!
  And good cappuccino for 2,10.
  Credit cards accepted. Wifi available.
  Expect to queue up for the washroom (only 1!) when it's busy.

  Come here for local wine and good atmosphere. I would say that food is quite average. Staff friendly and quick.

  Got my coffee served luke warm, which is a no-go for a supposed to be "hot beverage".
  Staff is friendly but not very quick.

  Pros: Great place (outdoors), tasty food (esp. Potato pancakes with salmon) and good service.
  Cons: Needed to wait for meals a lot.

  Wide selection of tasty dishes with some vegetarian/vegan-friendly ones as well. A fairly decent view and very affordable prices together with fast and friendly service leads to PRIEDE being a great place to have a meal at.

  Nice place to eat in Cesis. Hipsters would love it. Nice menu, daily offer is also available. Would suggest to try.

  Great and tasty business deal. Pancakes were gorgeous, and they served right temperature tea :) not just boiled water with herbs :))
