  Decent coffee and "dolceria", but incredibly overpriced! I live in Italy and in a bar pay a third of the Boulangerie price for a much better latte macchiato and capucino.

  Nice place for a coffee and a snack. There is a noisy bird in there and it was quite cold. To be fair, we were sitting next to the window, so the rest of the restaurant could be fine. The staff was nice though and gave us leftovers when they were closing.

  Very nice and cosy design and atmosphere. However cake and eclairs were far too sweet. So we could not enjoy them. It was supposed to be apple cake and bluberry eclair, but there was only one taste - sugar.

  great Sunday brunch that won't break the bank. excellent croissants and decent coffee. pleasant atmosphere (especially the rooftop garden) and feiendly service.

  The place is great, terrace is so nice and beautiful. Coffee was great as well. Only one question, why the coffee with ice cost 5 EUR, and coffee with ice cream 7 EUR?! It was the most expensive ice in my life.

  Super cozy little place with a great atmosphere. Hot cocoa here was also pretty good. "Brunch" was expensive and didn't look very good. Had the look of something that's been standing there for several hours (even right after opening hours).
  
  My only "annoyance" was the layout of all the tables. Very impractical and they would be able to have more guests if they made some interior changes.

  This is a cafe you have to visit in Liepaja, especially for breakfast. Run by internationalised local Latvians (Liepajanieki). Influenced by their experiences in London, Venice, and Paris.

  Boulangerie has a great cinematographic atmosphere, tasty coffee and a range of pastries for every taste. The prices might be considered a bit high for Latvia, but all in all they are adequate to similar establishments in Europe. Oh, and the owners don't seem to mind dogs, which is pleasant.
