  It was a wonderful stay, I felt like home and didn't even want to leave :D this apartment has everything you could possibly need - hair dryer, iron, toaster.. Everything that make you feel like home. We were also surprised by the products that were left for our breakfast! :) if I ever return to Riga, I would definitely choose this apartment over and over again, I'm very happy with our choice to stay here. Big big thank you! :)
  
  Номер современный, светлый, чистый. Кровать для двоих, удобная и интересно расположена. Пусть площадь номера не громадна, однако воздуха и света полно. Два человека не чувствую дискомфорта. Посуды достаточно для того, чтобы готовить. В номере регулируется тепло и даже летом есть возможность включить батареи. Ванная комната убрана хорошо. Полотенца не застиранные до ужаса. Мягкие и приятные. Есть утюг, стиральная машина, телевизор, фен, интернет. Недостатков в номере практически нет.

  The apartment is located far from the city center Parking on the street is spontaneous, and on the sidewalk !! Location on the 7th floor without elevator There are no cafes and shops nearby Inadequate value for this money Exept this, the appt is ok, but the hosts are crooks and scammers. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them!!! We travel with a dog, which for health reasons can not walk up the stairs (it's a corgi, it has problems with paws). After booking, we've read in the reviews that the apartment is on a high floor without an elevator and immediately asked to cancel the reservation without penalty. The owner flatly refused, offering us only a paid cancellation and said that the surcharge for the dog is 45 euros (there are not any information in the appt profile neither about the 7th floor, nor about such a huge surcharge for the dog). Thus, the original price of 133 euros rose to about 250 (surcharge for the dog, extra payment for the underwear, towels, etc.) which we paid for the apartment far from the city center and the opportunity to carry the dog on hands on the 7th floor for three days. I believe that this is a deliberate fraud from the part of the owners and the desire just to cash in. We travel a lot in Russia, the countries of Europe and Asia, and have not seen such awful service for a long time. I do not know where all those who wrote positive reviews stayed earlier, but I have a feeling that half of them are the host's friends. Stay in this apartment spoiled us all the sadness about the city of Riga, we were extremely upset.

  The place was very clean, sunny and the stuff were super friendly and helpful. Secure and in closed area. The internet was also very-very good. Great central situation in a quiet area (next to a Central park) . Modern and well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher) studio in a high standing building. Pretty much everything. Host was really nice and apartment was just great. For travelers who travel alone or with family. Super nice! Bathroom was nice and also everything was available whatever you could need on your trip.

  FANTASTIC!!! I loved the place..as my first night i was late on my arrival they were still waiting for me. In total i was there for 11 nights and even on my leaving day they were happy for me to stay for few more extra hours. It was so great from them to buy some food for my first breakfast in the morning which was left in my apartment fridge.if you need anything just ask them and they will try to help you if you need something.nice and polite peopledefinitely would stay again! Thank you!
