Out of the way winery founded, owned, and operated by a sweet young Latvian couple. Sadly not easy to find - there is zero signage from the road - but totally worth the effort. Mostly white wines, but with unique flavors (ex: apple wine made with hops - tastes like a very mild, fruity IPA). Very generous with their time: we showed up unannounced and there was already a private tour taking place. The owner's wife was there in 10 minutes to accommodate us (in fluent English). The wines are VERY cheap by US standards for similar. Easily the best thing to do in Sibile.
