Great area close to the city center for workout, rollerblading, cycling or playing around with kids! The new iconic big Latvian flag can be found here as well as floating culture hub Noass and White Island banquet venue.

A nice place to take a slow and relaxing walk, good view, contains some restaurants that are open during the summer season and a child playing course,some swings and slides.
