Probably best internet shop in LV but still has lot a problems. For example, quite often you don't get your ordered item, sometimes they don't even warn you. Of course you get refund if you paid them already. Because of this I suggest using only cash to avoid freezing your money. I'm really surprised that there's still no automated communication between shop & warehouse - you should be able to see if item is in stock and should be able to reserve it without, for example, "friends of company" or "big whales" magically getting in front of queue when clients are competing to get popular item. Prices fluctuate a lot - one day you see item for a certain price, next day it's price may be doubled.

1а, вы считаете нормально относить компьютер в ремонт по гарантии 5 раз и вы отказываетесь его забирать? послендий ремонт занял 1 месяц, пришли получать компьютер, но на нем даже нельзя открыть фотографии! почему вы даже не протестировали исправлены все заявленные проблемы или нет?

I am ordering things from a web sometimes, no problems so far. Many delivery options, different payment options and really neat to see when order will be delivered or available for pick up.

Good internet shop, probably the best in Latvia but that doesn't mean it doesn't have it's problems, they have a big assortment of goods but many times they just don't get delivered on time or don't come at all, sometimes they call to warn you and sometimes they don't.

You'll only come here if you need to pick something up or bring it back for warranty, but as an online store itself, it's rather well off in regards to prices and delivers in a couple of business days.

Even if they are one of the most popular e-shops in the country, can't manage larg quantities of orders and you often have to wait up to an hour in line to get your item. Order with delivery or expect to wait. But - on the bright side - they have everything.

Very poor shopping experience, two times. First time - delayed the delivery without apologies or explanations, second time when I ordered PC - it was assebled incorrectly, took 7 days (they say it should be 2-4 days) and some components were not installed and missing from whole order. No explanation, no gifts, not one sorry. And thats for both very expensive orders. And prices are higher than in many other e-shops. Definetly not recomended.

Very efficient service. Order online and pick up here. You get SMS notifications when product ready to be picked up. Just come, follow signs take queue number and wait for turn. Sometimes waiting time could be 15-20 min if very crowded when paying on spot. It might be that if product is prepaid you get priority in queue.

Be aware. Low prices but frequently used condition while sold as new. Can be problems with timing. Still one of the best internet shops though.
