Went in to this store hoping to buy a water, I had just walked in when the owner chased me out, making excuses such as saying she “didn’t feel good” and saying the store wasn’t open, when it clearly was. I have no idea how this woman could be so rude to a person who hadn’t said a single word to her, and was giving her business! Avoid this store.

This must be the rudest shop owner ever! We were in Luxembourg City last weekend and it started to rain. When looking for shelter we saw this souvenir shop so we tried to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, because we were looking for a fridge magnet. The owner came running after us yelling: 'No no no no we're closed! Everyone always comes inside when it rains!' Omg seriously?!? 200m further down the road, across the palace is a much friendlier souvenir shop, I suggest you go there!

People unable to attend clients in a courteous way should not be selling souvenirs to tourists. The lady there was rude beyond belief. She can be a frustrated person for many reasons, but should leave her frustrations at home. Avoid this souvenir shop at all cost. Really sorry for the young woman selling the drinks and ice creams, as she was really nice to us.

The lady helping us out was very rude to us. I got a beer from the shelf and wanted to look where it was brewed but the shouted that I should only look and not touch anything unless I buy it. Terrible.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.. The owner was extremely rude and snatched the products I was buying from my hands. Upset because I wasn’t supposed to touch her precious stuff how the hell do you buy if you are not allowed to take. Left the shop with her calling my husband an idiot. Feel sorry for her staff, she looked sad and scared. Rude, Rude extremely rude. I honestly think that someone should do something and close that s***whole, she is frightening people away from there. Came home without my kids presents. 😔😡😡😡

I witnessed TERRIBLE treatment of EVERY customer in the store including myself. I'm not sure how you expect anyone to spend any money here if you're going to behave so poorly.

The woman working here (owner?) chased us out rudely because we had the wrong shopping bag from another store. I understand if she's had problems with people shoplifting using bags from another store as a cover, but there's no need to be rude about it. Just ask us to leave the bag at the counter when we enter.

We went in ready to spend money, but I have no intention of returning to this store again.

I had a great experience visiting this store. The woman was very patient, helpful, and friendly. She individually wrapped each souvenir. There was a wide range of souvenirs as well. Location is great and prices are very reasonable.

The lady here is the rudest shopkeeper I have ever met. I and my friend went to this store to look at their souvenirs but in the end found nothing specially interesting. When we decided to leave, this lady shouted "thanks for touching, I mean it, thanks for touching" at us with a furious face. It is unbelievable how much hostile is in this person running a business that should be welcoming.

Absolut unfreundlich!.

    Never ever go there!
We were at the museum in front of thisstore(?) and thought about maybe bying something little to take away, but hat a nasty suprise as we wanted to enter this "hole"(the things looked in fact pretty old and dirty) , the woman at the counter started yelling like crazy to a black nice young lady , that she should not touch anything there (pleae, it is a "made in far-east" souvenir shop! not a museum) and should better go right now before she kicked her out of there!, right after that she yell at us we should go out , and everyone else there as well.
A definitively no-go for a souvenir store in front of a museum in a touristic area anywhere in the world!.
