After calling your office a couple of times right after our removal and not getting much of a reaction other than an "Yes, you never know with those men", I left a one-star review on Facebook with a couple of salient details. Someone promptly promised to look into the matter, which resulted in nothing except the review section being taken off Facebook. Seeing as we have by now paid our €5000 bill, you might at least bother to listen to our side of the story. If nothing else, it may save future clients from experiencing the same degree of dissatisfaction.

UPDATE: I emailed you my detailed report about a week ago. The ball's now in your court.
UPDATE: It's been four weeks. Still no reply.

Terrible and unprofessional service. A representative visited my property to assess my moving needs in order to provide quotation. He never contacted me again and did not even respond to my emails.
