  They just want to sell. If you a problem that should be taken under warranty, the argument is clear: it's the client's fault.

  Gave them my bike for maintenance a couple months ago. Promised to call before replacing anything with „substantial cost“. Result: No one called, and parts and work well over 100 EUR were charged, which to me is simply outrageous. That being said, the parts seem to work well.

  Quick and dirty service. I both a new Bike and they assembled it very quickly. They forgot the inner tube for the bowden wires for the brakes and gearshift. For a high quality maintenance of your bike go elsewhere.
