Scammers, bad will, liars.
Request to change tires on the rear, quote agreement and appointments by email done, I went during the evening and did not check because the dark They changed the tires from the front, they've throw the good ones. No answers by phone for 2 weeks, no apologies, no offers. Only "you have to pay 2 others ones, I was sick so I don't know and I don't care"

Horrible management of appointments

How come I have a service appointment for oil and filters replacement at 19:00 and there is another car being repaired at this time instead?

Anyway, I was told that I can either leave the car for one day or reschedule the appointment, so we rescheduled - I was told that on the new date they will be able to take my car without leaving it there. On the day of the appointment, the man whom I talked was on a sick leave, so I talked with another representative who told me a slightly different story - I have to leave the car for one day, as the mechanic is busy at the moment How come you schedule an appointment for a given date when your mechanic is busy? Very disappointing.

Changing tyres on the rims of my new car: first lifting the car with pressing the hydraulic lifter against the plastic sill. and then scratching the rims. They did not care after.. Not good at all, not recommended!!!!!
