Ostergaards is a nice bike shop with a large selection of bikes, clothes and parts. Technical service is ok. However, do not count on them when it comes to warranty. Twice I had an issue with broken race bike wheels that I bought from them and twice (though under warranty) they gave no assistance whatsoever.
