Great collection of furniture and accessories. Not the best quality wood but it will do. Price is mid-range. You can order things from their catalogue. Friendly staff

Good and nice expensive products, horrible client and after sale services. I bought them a sofa and a cabinet.
The sofa had to be delivered at home, an extra paid service of course. They arbitrary impose their time of delivery and you cannot do anything to change it, either you're lucky enough not to work during the day or you need to take a 1/2 day off to be able to receive the goods right in the middle of the afternoon.
Then the cabinet had to be picked-up at the store directly, I had to initially wait for 4 weeks which is already super long. After 6 weeks, I called and visit them to get updates and have been said they had lost the trace of the product.
Today after 7 weeks since I bought this crap I finally received a call that I could take away my heavy crap from their store in busy avenue de la Gare in Luxembourg and been specifically said that they will not provide me with any help to carry this crap into the car and that I had to come with a friend to carry it, seriously WTF.
They do not call you, they do not provide you with any feedback about the loss, they do not give excuses for the delays, and of course they do not give you any compensations or any gestures following their on-going mistakes. When you call for information, keep in mind that the store, the delivery service and the client service are 3 independent entities that do not talk to each other, they constantly reject their failures between each other’s like 5 years old kids usually do but they never seek to solve your issues properly and they clearly don't give a s#it about your problems, I spent too much time on the phone with these guys, this service is a total mess.response / report this review -
