We've had nothing but problems with them. Their employees do not communicate with each other. Many mistakes were made and there are a lot of really out-of-date rules that they forget to tell you about. Here are a few of the issues we encountered: They neglected to provide an actual LINE OF CREDIT on our new credit cards (We thought you didn't need one since you're American! Why the heck else would we WANT a credit card??), you can't buy anything online with your card until you set up certain settings in their portal, they didn't update our address after we physically brought in the paperwork from the ministry so we had to go in again, we were told to pick up our credit cards at the bank, and then told that they weren't there when we arrived (you must be mistaken, we send them to your house. No, it turns out the guy didn't bother looking - they were at the bank.) etc. In short, just getting our accounts set up and working properly has taken 11 visits. AVOID at all costs. These guys are not detail oriented, and honestly just seem not to care very much that their service is terrible and their customer experience is worse. UPDATE - it's been worse since we moved to London. They blocked the account because they didn't receive originals of our change of address paperwork (which they never requested). It took a week of follow ups to get the paperwork emailed to us, which says each account holder must submit separately. The forms are not blank, so I requested a second set for my husband. The request was overlooked in the response. I dread the pain in the a$$ that it's going to be to close the account from abroad.

They blocked the joint account with my wife after 6 months of using it without any prior warning or prior contact and almost to put us in danger just because they suddenly remembered that they want to see her residence certificate. I wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone who is looking to open an account in Luxembourg.

Had a couple of bad experiences with this branch, it is quite obvious that there is a shortage of staff, the employer are doing their best. Tipical big Corporate Bank , where the money stays on top , employees are considered slaves and from the CEO up, they're making 6 figures gains. This " brilliant" capitalist system destroyed America, looks like Europe is.next !

A bank with good staff but very slow internal processes. I had a significant amount of money being blocked for more than 2 months due very slow paperwork processing.
