Horrible customer service. The cashier talks only Luxemburgish/french, employees talk on french/Luxemburgish. If u dont know what ur looking and u need help from the staff, walk away and look for another store to visit. Never again.

it's big and it definitely has what you need for any type of bricolage or build. I just can't help but think that the way it's organized doesn't make it as efficient as it can to "help" us finds what we need.

I have been there twice and twice did not find basic tools which are available in any plumber shop , better go to Castorama in Thionville - Way better equiped , not metioning about prices and properly trained staff.

Saturdays are a zoo. Relative to the U.S. Hornbach=Home Depot, Batiself=Lowes. I like the prices at Hornbach best, Batiself has lovely customer service.

Very good shop. Same shop that you can find in Germany. Some prices are higher than in Germany. Range of products are huge. Compare to Belgium you will find that shop cheaper and better. Good clients service too.

If you looking for where to buy building materials, this place is for you. Ranging from foundation blocks to nice kitchen furniture and kitchens itself. The negative aspects is that it's too danm big and they will need to serve their costumers more lively. Happy shopping!!!

Guys working for Cutting service were not friendly supportive! In the beginning of my balcony project, I choose PVC material and got cutting service, but when I had almost proceeded 50% of my project, they suddenly told me that they were not able to cut any more for me without proper reasons. The communication approach to clients are so poor, even I am wondering how come they are treating clients in that way. At the end, I was told their cutting machine is so expensive, they don't want to cut anything beside wood. Why didn't you frankly inform your clients in advance?!
