Rude staff, unprofessional and untalented. Only speak French. If you are unable to speak French perfectly, they will laugh at you and give you stupid comments. They don't bother to answer your questions. I walked out and bought the TV somewhere else, where staff is friendly, respects me and values customer service.

It isn't as big as Saturn in Belval Plaza but it still has a lot of products.

Très cher. Garantie supplémentaire est une belle arnaque. J'ai paye 75 EUR de plus à l'achat pour l'extension de garantie. Pour que ça tombe en panne et qu'on me rembourse 75 EUR Bref. Plus jamais.
