I was attacked in front of their establishment some years ago and they REFUSED to call the Police. Shameful and unacceptable behaviour.
Just a money grab without real concern for people. They told us to GO AWAY.

Excellent location. The hotel is a bit dated but our room was clean and spacious and had an excellent view on the city. You are immediately in the city centre and can reach everything on foot. Nice bar, again a bit dated. The double bed was a bit narrow.

Honestly not great except for the location.

EDIT: Your response that this is a vintage, traditional hotel is fair. But I found that my colleague had a much nicer room than I did. My room was very small and cramped and the bed was uncomfortable and the quality of his room was much higher even though it was same room type.

Beautiful old world Hotel with lots of charm. Great location with beautiful views over the valley.
Some areas are dated but this for me adds to the charm.

Very cosy place in the midle of the city. Good breakfast and good service. It has a nice view from the room. Much possibilyties at the TV's in the rooms. There are in the neighbourhood much restuarants and the hotel has got one to. Its a central, busy (not to much) and the hotel has got a moderate price class. So i give it 5 stars

Amazingly well situated in the centre of town, great selection for the buffet breakfast, and staff are attentive and friendly. Rooms are clean, stylish and very comfortable beds. We loved our stay here and would gladly recommend it.

Great location, an appearance of once being a grand hotel but rooms are all dated now, like from the 80s. Did look like they were changing carpets, so perhaps updates are in the works.

Rooms were old, we couldn't sleep because it was so hot. No air con. When we opened the windows for fresh air it was too bright and very loud.

It's really hard to finden a hotel in Luxembourg that is any good at all. Most of them are overprized. You might want to give The Cravat a chance. It's right in the city center, the rooms are OK. Breakfast is really great and comes with classical music. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel may awe you one time and bitterly disappoint another. This is what I don't like. It's a lottery: if you get a nice big room with a view, bingo. If not, you could find yourself in a hole. And both bookings feature just a double room. The location of the hotel is very good though.

The organization it is really bad, we checked in and for the same room price they gave us different room (super bad one) compared with our friends. Even though we complained they didn't (at least) apologize.

Stayed here for a night. Pleasant reception. Nice room, got one with a nice view to the city. Enjoyed the breakfast.

Went for their allegedly renowned cocktails. The atmosphere is stuffy and snobby. People will look at you if you are not dressed in a suit. Took us 30 minutes to get our drinks, which were overpriced and not special in any way. Beware of the hotel, friends who stayed there called out bedbugs!

Hotel location is marvelous accessible to everything. Breakfast is good and friendly staff. Our only regret, wifi is not free contrary to what has been advertised on the website.

Hotel Cravat- the best view in the town, the room was clean but outdated, the staff from reception very nice, breakfest was tasty, very close bus station and shopping area.
