  Personnel accueillant, concession qui donnerait envie de repartir avec un nouveau modèle, seul bémol les délais qui sont beaucoup trop longs pour obtenir un rendez-vous. Pour exemple j'ai 40 jours de délais juste pour remplacer les bougies. Je comprends pas que pour les si petites interventions il n'y ait pas un Quick service.

  Service a hauteur de ce que l'on attend d'une telle concession. C'est plus facile de décevoir, que d'assurer. Pourtant, ils ont assuré le défis. Bravo!

  Brought my car here for repair (new bumper) after an accident. The communication is not clear and nobody in the garage exactly knows what the other people are doing.
  The repair took pretty long and when it was finished they forgot to attach the exhaust to the chassis / bumper. We only noticed this after riding behind our own car, the exhaust was loose and moved a lot during a ride!
  
  Very sloppy work by this garage. Will not be going back here.
  
  The exhaust was attached to the chassis by the BMW dealer in Trier (Germany) for free. Even BMW Trier said Muzzolini did a very bad job by forgetting this important thing.
