It's always the same. Call to make an appointment!? Prepare to die of old age before you get through to someone capable of making appointments for routine maintenance.

Mixed feelings here. They can be helpful and friendly or not. Also repairs are costly. They offer service for all your major vw brands like vw, Audi, seat and Skoda. But sometimes it feels like Skoda customers are treated like customers of second rang. They offer replacement cars though but you must pay and best reserve beforehand.

All the VW brands in one place but some of the staff (VW and Audi) has a bit posh and uninterested staff. All models are available though and good events when launching new cars.

I'm with them since 11 years & its wonderful to go there. Very nice Audi team & supportive with all kinds of problem's. My car is old by now & they always try 2 find the best solution 4 me. 10 points from me :)
